Flame Sensor Module 1 Channel

This flame sensor is optimized to detect infrared wavelengths ranging from 760 nm to 1100 nm, where flame radiation is most intense. It features dual output modes to support flexible use in different applications.

• Analog Output (A): Provides a real-time voltage signal proportional to the detected infrared intensity.
• Digital Output (D): Generates a HIGH or LOW signal once the detected level exceeds a preset threshold, which can be adjusted using the onboard potentiometer.

The sensor offers a detection angle of approximately 60° and can identify flames from distances of up to 100 cm indoors. Sensitivity is fully adjustable, allowing accurate tuning for different environments. The built-in comparator ensures a clean, stable output signal with a strong driving capability of over 15 mA.

Designed with a mounting hole for easy installation, this module is ideal for Arduino and other microcontroller-based DIY projects. While it is highly responsive to flames, it can also react to strong light sources, making it commonly used in flame detection and alarm systems. To prevent heat damage, the sensor should be placed at a safe distance from the flame.
