Digital Wizards – Class 1 is a comprehensive beginner-friendly course designed to introduce young learners to the exciting world of computers, coding, and artificial intelligence through fun, hands-on experiences.
The course spans 60 engaging pages divided into 5 well-structured chapters, with a total of 14 interactive activitiesthat build foundational digital skills step by step. It is delivered across 30 sessions, equally balanced between 15 classroom learning sessions and 15 practical lab activities, ensuring an effective blend of theory and practice.
Students work with age-appropriate tools and platforms such as Notepad, MS Paint, and PictoBlox Jr, making learning intuitive and enjoyable. The curriculum covers essential concepts including basic computer knowledge, algorithmic thinking, creative digital design, introductory coding, and a first look into artificial intelligence. Learners also gain access to the Codeavour competition, encouraging innovation and real-world application of their skills.
To support educators, the program provides complete teacher resources, including detailed lesson plans and ready-to-use lecture slides enriched with text, images, and video content.
Upon successful completion, students are eligible for a digital certificate, accredited by STEMpedia, STEM.org, and ARTPARK, by submitting five lab activities online.
